The hotel's location is excellent. Right across the street, there's a massage street and a 7-Eleven. It's also quite close to Sam Yan MRT station. The hotel facilities are very new too. Highly recommended!!!!

A hotel with great value for money, convenience stores and massage parlors are all available. The location is convenient, only a 7-8 minute walk to the nearest MTR station, and a 10-minute drive by taxi to the Siam area. Highly recommended.

Found a stranger's blonde hair in the room, and when I told the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. Having just flown in from the US, I really didn't have the energy to argue with the hotel. I asked for ice once and never got it; the second time I called, it arrived pretty quickly. The soundproofing is also terrible; I was woken up by people chatting next door in the middle of the night. The room is tiny. Good location, but terrible transportation.

Excellent! I really love the hotel's decor style – it's vibrant, youthful, and cheerful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very warm and attentive. When I checked in, the front desk even gave me a welcome drink and some cookies. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and surrounding the hotel are night markets, massage parlors, and restaurants. It's also convenient for getting taxis and the subway. The pool has bright, colorful tiling and the water is crystal clear. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The bedding was really comfortable, the pillows were just right, and the room was clean. The pool was also nice, but the best part was the great location, making it easy to get around. The only downside was the bathroom drainage; after a 30-minute shower, the water overflowed. Other than that, everything was fine.

Facilities: This is a new, branded hotel with state-of-the-art facilities. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent; it's always clean. Environment: The location is in the heart of Bangkok, making it convenient to get anywhere. Service: The service is fantastic, and everyone speaks Chinese.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Silom. There are plenty of great restaurants, massage places, and bars nearby – you know the drill! It’s super convenient, and the newly opened Central Park mall is within walking distance, perfect for shopping and dining. The room size is comfortable. The hotel just opened last year, so it's new and aesthetically pleasing. The pool is absolutely beautiful and very spacious, and the gym is fully equipped. Service is also excellent; check-in, welcome, and check-out were all very quick and smooth.

Hairs were everywhere in the room, and the toilet clearly had visible water stains. I immediately contacted Trip.com and the hotel to complain. The hotel sent someone to clean it and offered complimentary breakfast, so I thought the matter was resolved. However, the next day, something even more appalling happened. Our room overlooked the pool, and since it was raining, we were watching outside, waiting for the rain to stop. We then saw two men by the pool, taking off their pants and doing unspeakable things. It was absolutely disgusting! I immediately took photos as evidence and went downstairs to report it to the hotel. The hotel shirked responsibility, saying they couldn't interfere with what guests do in the pool and that the surveillance cameras didn't capture anything. I provided my photographic evidence, but the hotel told me I was wrong to photograph others. I was speechless. In a public swimming pool, they were doing such lewd acts! The hotel's supervision is clearly lax, and they showed no remorse whatsoever – not even an apology. They even suggested we could change hotels if we minded. Staying at such a hotel truly feels unlucky and repulsive. 🤢

Newly renovated and reopened, the Voco brand has been expanding rapidly in the past couple of years. It features a clean and modern style and offers pretty good value for money. The location is a bit of a walk from the subway station, but it's not far from several lines, making it quite convenient overall. Across the alley is the popular Massage Premium, and there are many massage places downstairs. It's also very close to the Surawong Night Market. Breakfast was decent, and room cleanliness was satisfactory.
