這是一次非常愉悦的入住體驗，房間設計合理，寬敞明亮，舒適整潔，所有的服務人員都熱情友好，前台看我們帶着孩子，還送了兩衹可愛的酒店小熊，孩子們非常興奮。行李員也幫忙把行李送到房間。酒店位置優越，和天河城連在一起，地鐵三號線就是天河城，去廣州塔2站。對面是天環，穿過天環就是正佳廣場，商場林立，吃住逛玩都很便利。我們全家非常滿意，以後去廣州還會選擇入住喜來登酒店👍

地理位置優越一直是這裏的優勢，希望完善一下停車場條件，和商場混在一起，開車入住的客人沒有享受到最近酒店電梯的體驗，而且車位有點窄了……

先説優點：酒店所處的地理位置正好在新中軸網上 雖然看不到廣州塔 但是面朝天河體育中心的視野也很不錯 酒店的自助早餐品種豐富 客房服務有什麼需求基本上一個電話就能解決 退房處理很快 門僮的服務點贊 再説缺點：辦理入住的排隊時間有點長 客房衞生間裏的淋浴設施能看出老化程度 坐便器也非智能 最值得吐槽的是電視居然不能投屏也找不到高清接口 希望在細節上能有所改進 這樣才配得上真正的五星級酒店這個稱號

之前聽説廣州粵海喜來登是喜來登的國內旗艦店之一，這次來打卡了一晚行政客房，總體來説確實挺不錯，特別是餐飲、地段、服務方面，可以列入回頭客的酒店[贊R][暗中觀察R]
服務：酒店門口有專人幫忙開車門，跟大堂的工作人員説我們訂了行政房想去酒廊check in，一開始應該是個實習生，聽不懂，説我們可以去前台辦入住，很快有一個應該是大堂經理過來解決了這個問題
酒廊check in的時間比預期長了點，因為這裏的工作人員也是實習生[笑哭R]。酒廊和餐廳的服務都沒問題，餐碟可以很快收走，即使在人比較多的情況下也可以做到，值得表揚！[贊R][大笑R]
餐飲：這家酒廊的HH好像挺出名，事實證明沒錯，菜拿完了會及時補上，有10個熱菜，硬菜（肉類）佔4-5個，出品都還不錯，甜品款式挺多，飲品、酒類也豐富，這個HH在萬豪大食堂中絕對數一數二[黃金薯R][斜眼R]。早餐種類挺多，有生滾粥、港式奶茶等特色菜，出品都挺好。[暗中觀察R][大笑R]
房間：卧室部分翻新過，簡約風，挺好看的，衞生間相對來説就顯舊了，跟卧室的風格違和感拉滿，景觀還可以，挺開闊，這家的亮點好像是套房[扯臉H]
地段：超黃金位置，樓下就是體育西、體育中心地鐵站，去哪都方便，打車也很容易，旁邊就是天河城天環，吃喝購物不用愁，適合各種出行需求的人羣[萌萌噠R]

Great Hotel with top location. All was great. We liked the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel and the pool was also amazing. There was also a tennis court for 150-200 yuan per hour.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with two young children. The hotel was super convenient because it has a direct access from the lobby to the mall without going outside. The mall has wonderful selections on food and we got to try different food during our stay. We had a great view from the hotel room. Check in was quick. Staff was okay not perfect, I am sure they can do better. Generally speaking the experience was great and we'll probably stay here again when we visit GuangZhou in the future, due to its convenience of the location.
