There is usually a long queue for check-in during peak hours (12-3pm). Staff was very friendly and needed to sight all people staying in the room in order to complete the check-in process.
There was tv in the hotel lobby along with some fun activities like foosball etc. Mascots like Woody and Buzz made their appearance quite frequently and I saw them multiple times during my 2n stay. There were also photo opportunities in the outdoor area with the mascots.
At level 1 - there’s an activity room for kids with diff things to do at the different timings.
In room - amenities like bottled water, toiletries, hair dryer, recyclable bag, bedroom slippers, tea, coffee etc were all provided. If need anything more, can just request from the service team. Room was very clean and comes with bathtub.
There’s shuttle bus to bring hotel guests to Disneytown and Disneyland theme park. All hotel guests also enjoy early entry to the park so can beat the crowd to the popular rides! Super worth it and very good perk.
There is a merchandise shop at hotel lobby and also cafe available for food.

Very good stay although just 1 night for Disney trip. Super friendly staff with wonderful services. Food dont expect good and far from town that required to travel 45min by car.
Overall good stay, should prepare some mystery box for kids in the room for surprises =)

The worst hotel I have stayed so far in China. 性价比是零。 5 star price but 3 star facilities. Nothing to shout about. Really don't understand why is it still so popular. I believe many hotels around the area provide much more value for the amount we paid (SGD500+ per night). The room is small and basic, the BF is miserable, kids sleeping on same bed still have to pay rmb238 per person with no bf. The front desk manager is not service oriented and staff are not well presented with no makeup. Toothbrush set need to request for it. Really regret to book this hotel and will not recommend to anyone.

Every detail is thoughtfully designed: the colors, the corridors, and the rooms all make you feel as if you’re living inside a Toy Story movie. Children are completely immersed in the magic, and adults can’t help but smile throughout the stay.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the lively atmosphere. The beds were cozy, and everything felt well-maintained and carefully planned.
What truly elevates the experience is the staff. The team is incredibly kind, professional, and always welcoming. Their genuine smiles, patience with children, and willingness to help make you feel truly cared for from check-in

Excellent stay. If you plan to visit Disneyland for more than 1 day, highly recommended to stay here. Your hotel room charges already early pass access to disneyland
