"This is our second stay at Legoland, and it's truly perfect for families with kids. The beds in the rooms are very large; we had four adults and one child, so we booked two connecting rooms, which was incredibly convenient and felt like having a suite. Staying at the hotel, you can buy a half-day pass. It was enough for our three-year-old to play around, watch the fireworks, and take some photos. Neither the adults nor the child got too tired. The only downside was that the complimentary early access for the second day went to waste. Legoland's service, cleanliness, and facilities are consistently excellent, especially the safe activities, including birthday benefits. The kids had a fantastic time playing and staying here. The only issue I found was that the baggage service was a bit slow. When we checked out, we requested a luggage cart to pick up our bags, but after waiting in the room for a long time, no one came. And there was no service when we left, which felt a bit anticlimactic. Everything else was very satisfactory; it's genuinely great for families, and the children's toilet seat was a nice touch too."

"I arrived late because I drank too much at a social event. I woke up late because I slept late. I didn't really get a good look at the hotel's view that night. I stayed in a second-floor special offer room, but the loft-style layout, Xiao Qiao's chic, didn't detract from the experience at all. In the morning, I wandered around the courtyard, feeling like I'd discovered a paradise near Hongqiao. Through the glass window, I saw a first-floor garden-view king-size bed room. The air was fresh and the slightly Japanese-style semi-privacy was something I must experience next time. The wabi-sabi-style furniture and the rustic-style courtyard all reflected the owner's refined taste."

"It's my child's birthday again. We brought the kids back to Disneyland. It was still magical, and the service was excellent as always. We bought tickets late because it was the Halloween event, and all the tickets on major platforms were sold out. However, hotel guests could buy tickets at any time, and thanks to this perk, we managed to get ours. We booked a room with a cupboard, but couldn't get the LinaBell themed one this time. The room was spacious enough, and the service was prompt; most of our requests were met. We have two children, so we asked for an extra set of complimentary cups and towels. You can watch the fireworks from the 9th floor, and it even comes with music. On the first night, you can watch the fireworks from the hotel, and then the next day from the park for a different experience. We didn't book breakfast this time. We entered the park an hour early and re-rode many attractions, which was great. The only downside was that dining in the park was a bit difficult, as many restaurants didn't open until 10:30 AM. Previously, when we booked breakfast, the park was already crowded by the time we finished eating and entered. I left my headphones at the hotel, and they helped mail them back via SF Express, paid on delivery, which was very thoughtful."

"The kids were looking forward to it, but from the moment they walked in, they were disappointed! First of all, the house is next to the main road, so it was very noisy at night; secondly, the wood smell was strong, and it felt like the house was moving when you walked on it; thirdly, the details were not in place, you had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste yourself, there was no comb, and the washbasin was leaking and not fixed... The breakfast was mediocre, and many of them were not hot or cold. In short, I felt disappointed after the whole trip!"

"A resort recommended by a friend, bring the family to Jinshan to play here, the hotel environment is very good, the rooms are single-family villas, the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, introduce us to the travel guide around Jinshan, the hotel is very close to the fishing village. It takes less than five minutes to drive. The sanitation in the hotel is also very good, the beds are very comfortable and soft, the hardware facilities are also very good, not only there are conference rooms but also mahjong tables for leisure and entertainment with friends."

"I chose the resort on Ctrip during the National Day holiday. It takes 3.5 hours to drive to Chongming Ecological Island. The traffic is very congested during the holiday. The resort is quite large, with complete entertainment facilities, kayaking, swings, children's playground, lawn, fishing, camping, RV camping, KTV, billiards, etc. There are barbecue, Chinese food, tea, a small shop, bonfire party in the evening, and an open-air cinema. The room is a homestay, just clean. The service is warm and thoughtful, and there are small gifts."
