"I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao multiple times, and I truly love this hotel in Lujiazui! Even though it's an older hotel that's been open for many years, the rooms are exceptionally well-maintained and preserved; you can't see any signs of aging! The room amenities are comprehensive, and both the bedding and toiletries are excellent. The bath products are Balmain, which are really good! This time, Ivy, the guest experience ambassador at Jin Mao, proactively contacted me before my check-in to ask about my preferences and even upgraded me to a Club River View room. I'm so grateful for her thoughtful and meticulous service! The room directly faces the Lujiazui Financial Center, and with the river view, you can clearly see the Oriental Pearl Tower. Both the night view and the daytime scenery are absolutely stunning! The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea starts at noon, and while the selection isn't huge, the evening Happy Hour is truly fantastic. The food is abundant and delicious, and it lasts a long time, from 5 PM to 8 PM! I absolutely adore the hotel's breakfast buffet. Although I missed it on my first day back in China due to jet lag, on the second day, I spent a full two hours savoring the lavish breakfast! The breakfast is divided into Chinese and Western sections. Personally, I think the Western section has a better view as it faces the river and the Oriental Pearl Tower directly, but both Chinese and Western dishes are incredibly plentiful and taste great. The breakfast on the 56th floor was so good that I didn't even bother to check out the breakfast at the Club Lounge! The hotel's location is superb; not only is it in the heart of Lujiazui, but the subway station is also right on the B1 level. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions and shopping malls in Puxi! A special thank you to the concierge department this time. My suitcase broke during my last stay at Jin Mao a week ago, forcing me to buy a new one at a mall on Nanjing Road. Since I was rushing to go abroad at the time, I had to leave my old suitcase with the concierge. I only picked it up again from the concierge a week later after returning from my trip abroad. I'm truly grateful to the concierge staff! Both this stay and my previous one, the hotel was fully booked, and almost all the guests were foreigners, with very few domestic tourists. Yet, even with such tight room availability, the hotel still reserved my preferred room type for me, which I truly appreciate! Overall, I highly recommend staying at Grand Hyatt Jin Mao! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are clean, tidy, and refreshing, and the beautiful views are incredibly therapeutic. It's perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the scenery!"

"Huge thanks to the front desk staff for their warm and enthusiastic service; it was a world of difference compared to the hotel in Dishui Lake a few days ago. I truly felt at home! The service was excellent, and the hotel's location is also great. Very satisfied! It would be perfect if the room facilities could be updated, especially the electrical outlets, which were quite bad. A big shoutout to the front desk staff in the picture!"

"The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. "Location is just next to Yu Garden and 城隍庙 with good food and shopping options. When we had pockets of free time we just headed over there to kill time. Walkable to the Bund. Metro station is just nearby; we took the train from airport to the hotel and it was quite hassle free. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Daniel at the front desk was very patient with me when I had some trouble with making payment. Good spread of options for breakfast though the same throughout our 5 nights stay."

"The room was unique and very cute. The hotel provided us with a free ride to and from Disneyland which was very handy. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable. The breakfast was hearty and home-like, which we liked a lot. The problem we had was it was somewhat difficult to get to the hotel itself, as it was pretty far away from any metro or bus station. You have to get a taxi, if you need to get somewhere. There was a street 700 meters away from the hotel which had some restaurants and a local supermarket (which had a pretty good selection, if you want to get local goods). So no convenience store or fast food chains in near 2 kms."

"Five-star review! I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk manager, Carol~ The luckiest part of this trip was meeting such an amazing front desk manager! Not only is she incredibly beautiful, with a wonderfully infectious smile, but her professionalism is also beyond words. My friend and I were traveling together, and she thoughtfully arranged a room with a great location and view based on our needs, paying attention to every detail. Before we even left, she went out of her way to prepare our invoice in advance, saving us the hassle of extra communication later – it was incredibly convenient. When we accidentally left personal belongings behind on our way back, she proactively contacted the housekeeping staff to ensure they were safely kept for us to retrieve, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Her communication throughout was efficient and heartwarming. Whether it was arranging our check-in, handling the invoice, or retrieving lost items, everything was managed quickly and effectively, adding so much to our trip! This hidden gem of a manager, with both beauty and competence, was truly a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"

"The B&B has an excellent location, right in the heart of Qibao Old Street. The hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. They even helped us carry a lot of our luggage, which we really appreciated! When I requested a clothes steamer, they brought it to me instantly. The B&B is well-equipped with a microwave, bathtub, bathrobes, and even a swimming pool! A nice touch was the smart toilets, which automatically activate as you approach. They even provided two duvet options (thick and thin) in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed in a loft room, which was incredibly spacious – we even joked that we could throw a party in it! The host even had hair ties available, and honestly, they were the best I've ever used – so gentle on the hair and incredibly smooth! There are plenty of great food options nearby, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!"

"Had a wonderful experience at IFC Residence. The location is super convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful too, which made the stay even better. The only issue was that the hot shower wasn’t working, and the hair dryer plug in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The service was warm yet discreet, hygiene was impeccable, and the location was excellent for getting around, whether by car or ride-sharing. The in-room facilities were complete, with a very well-thought-out layout for the bathroom, shower, washbasin, minibar, and bedroom. A wall-sized window framed a dynamic painting; looking up, you could see planes dotting the sky, whether cloudy or clear, and looking down, the Drips Lake water belt encircled the land, like a blank canvas for the few modern buildings. The hotel's breakfast needs no extra praise; I think their room service was the most commendable – exquisite dishes, timely delivery, and a 20% discount. Such great value!"
