No complementary slippers (had to ask for them) and no creamer at the coffee stand (had to call). Reception and check in excellent

Really liked the hotel. Obly one negative comment, I booked a suite with a balcony but that floor was in renovation. Instead of an upgrade I received a less expensive room and no credit was given

The service was superb! Housekeeping even folded our clothes - like never seen before the attention to details and be served, taken care of, and feeling beyond being pampered. The best service ever and I have traveled the world! Way to go JW Marriott in Santo Domingo.

Check in was crazy there is certain things they should tell you before arriving and they take your money Only good thing is your belongings are safe and most of the staff are fine apart one one person who made check In extremely difficult I wouldn’t stay here again and have stayed in most Marriott around the world

Walls were thin. Carpet smell moldy. Furniture very beat up.

I had a terrible experience, there was a very loud music until 4 am, this is the most expensive hotel in santo domingo, and I could not rest! Paid for parking, wasnt able to use it , had to go back to activate..: the phone in the room did not work, so I had to go down the lobby to order, my grand daughters went to sleep , came in late because I called, burned and cold, order more towels even as I said I had two toddlers in my reservation we were short of towels, hotel is very comfortable, and nice rooms, I really had bad luck

It is very expensive! For the parking need to pay as separate charges, the bathroom is dirty and the main entrance is not private. Need yo pay also 500 pesos per internet use daily. Is not worth its value.

Evrrybody was so pleasant. The staff was amazing they greeted me with respect. Check in was fast and easy. Will recommended this place and the Bkue Mall was attack didn't have to leave Marriott. Keep up the GREAT work you guys are doing.

Terrible old spring mattress on role away bed Both TVs in suite not usable Internet/Wifi not included Some doors stuck or only move with much resistance.

Overall it’s very nice hotel. Great location with respect to dining and shopping. The staff is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast.

Not my first stay at this hotel so I’ve a comparison point. First night I didn’t have internet or tv, I’d to wait almost 2 hours for checking in due some software issues. Also, I didn’t have the room key until the afternoon of the day after I arrived so it wasn’t the standard I’m used to for a JW
