Probably the best serviced apartment i have set in... Clean and tidy.... Sauna and club house were wonderful... Very helpful staff.. Especially the housekeepings.... Definitely will come back... In a very quiet location south of the city... Bit far from airport and nearest metro.... Overall its good... Lots malls and eateries near by hotel....

It was a wonderful experience to live in Somerset! Everything was awesome, with excellent and hospitable service. The rooms were unexpectedly good. They were clean and tidy and my kids just loved everything in there. We will definitely choose Somerset again in the near future!
Just one thing to be noted: There is a leakage pipe in the toilet of the family room. Not a big deal though. But it would be great if you can fix it.

Very comfortable and good size rooms.
Plenty of hot water and a good shower!
Breakfast was varied Chinese and Western with a fresh noodle counter which was great!

Location is not convenient. Counter Service is very bad and rude and unwilling to help. We need help with our luggage. Call the front desk say look we don't have people to carry your luggage. Don't you know you have to DIY . Is this a hotel or a 宾馆 . A SO CALL up to class hotel. GENTLE REMINDER IF YOU NEED HELP WITH LUGGAGE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The worst of all the on the on the 2nd Oct the 1.pm front desk is very rude,they tell us off you don't your hotel work in this way. And they luggage carrier is for display or maybe we need to pay for such service. P.S the below pic luggage is not mine.

Wonderful place to reside if you're a foreigner/first-timer in Guangzhou. Conveniently located near malls for shopping and food. Very safe area, staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Housekeeping was exceptional with their cleaning, big appreciation to them for their effort.

It was a nice peaceful hotel for someone looking to stay in Haizhu for business purpose or to explore fabric market, but it’s far from city centre and good resturants.

A very nice apartment, not even just a hotel room! It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The only disappointment was that on check-in I was asked to put a 400rmb deposit down, which I was not informed of before arrival. Additionally, the closest metro station was under construction, therefore the next closest one was a 30 minute walk away.
I would definitely stay again!

The room is very clean. Perfect view of the Canton Tower! Service is very good as well, late check out is not a problem.
