Fiona was exceptionally thoughtful and friendly during check-in. She handled the process efficiently and patiently, and proactively explained where to find breakfast and the hotel facilities. Her attentive and meticulous service made us feel truly comfortable, making for a very heartwarming stay.

From October 2nd to 6th, after discussing with my family, we decided to stay at Crowne Plaza Qingdao. From the moment I checked in, Reya gave me a warm welcome and detailed introduction (it was my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel). The stay included a complimentary executive lounge dinner, and the breakfast was extensive and very Chinese. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Crowne Plaza. I'd also like to thank the housekeepers for cleaning the room, and all the staff at Crowne Plaza for their efforts. Thank you!

I booked a Crowne Plaza Executive King Room, and the front desk agent, Reya, upgraded me directly to an executive room on the 36th floor. Later, I found the hallway to be a bit noisy, so after discussing it, I was moved to a suite on the 24th floor. Reya provided excellent service, and I was very satisfied. She even sent up some fruit, and the view from the room was also beautiful.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center and Lover Dam. It's also not far from the subway station, making it very easy to take Line 2 or Line 3 to various attractions. However, the interior facilities are a bit dated. The bathroom lacked a separate shower stall, so you have to shower in the bathtub, which was somewhat inconvenient.

We chose this hotel after a lot of searching for our trip to Qingdao with the kids. Its location is fantastic, very close to the Olympic Sailing Center and May Fourth Square, and you can even see the sea. The hotel service was excellent; we arrived quite late on the first day, and the staff were very warm and friendly. They even upgraded our room! The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was great – unlike some hotels where the hallway noise can be an issue. They also gave us vouchers for complimentary drinks. The only minor downside was that one side of the bed didn't have a working charging port. Overall, though, it was a really good stay.

The environment is great, the location is convenient, the service is warm and friendly, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich. This old 5-star hotel is absolutely trustworthy!

Although the style is a bit dated, the facilities are well-maintained, and you can even see the distant sea from the window. The location is incredibly convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Sailing Center and a 5-minute walk to Yan'erdao subway station. There's also a shopping mall nearby with restaurants and supermarkets. I'm very satisfied.

When I came to Qingdao, I wanted to stay closer to the scenic area, so I booked this hotel. It's also close to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, and we could see the Olympic Sailing Center light show right from our room! A special thanks to Finance Manager An, who was professional and patient, and provided excellent service. The hotel breakfast was also delicious with a great variety.
