Strategic and superb place to stay. Located between Grand Indonesia Mall and Thamrin City. Just across the road. Approximately 1.1 km to Tanah Abang Blok B. Nice and friendly staff. Worth the price.

The location is so strategic. Near to thamrin city, plaza indo & grand indo. The staff were so kind, polite & helpful. The lobby & lift smells so good

This hotel is a good option to explore grand indonesia and plaza indonesia vs the older and more expensive hotels in the vicinity. The room is huge with microwave and washing machine provided. There's a machine serving free coffee in the lobby.

Excellent stay. Despite some negative remarks from review page, I booked Ascott based on rank and location. Friendly staffs, professional services, and spacious room with complete amenities. Powder detergent for washing machine could be supplied according to day stayed instead of just one pack.

Spend 4D 3N at Ascott recommended by friends . Location is very strategic and amenities are good . Breakfast can be improved . Overall is a nice place to stay if you intend to shop as big malls are all over the hotel and walkable .

Great location as across the street there is grand indonesia mall and another side across is thamrin city mall..around the area there is alot of street food and restaurants such as sederhana.Hotel staff is great too..friendly and very accomodative..the only dowside is the marble floor will get very slippery when kids soaked in the bathtub so if u have kids must be wary as the floor will get slippery.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

You honestly cannot beat the location of Ascott Jakarta. It’s right in the center of everything—just a short, easy walk to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and Thamrin City. What truly makes the stay special, though, is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the security guards goes out of their way to help you, even helping halt the busy city traffic so you can cross the road safely. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a hassle-free stay in Jakarta!

Good location and while the amenities feel a bit old‑fashioned, the room and toilet are superbly spacious. The air‑conditioning is extremely strong, and I really hope Ascott will consider updating their amenities. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast needs a menu revamp overall, a comfortable stay with great potential and location was super strategic!
