Park Regis Kris KIN Hotel

This hotel was busy when I was there and is in a lively location. In contrast the Dubai Marina area looks deserted.

Had a great stay. Hotel is opposite a shopping mall and surrounded by restuarants. Subway is within walking distance. The spa often has 50% off treatments so well worth asking. Also you can email the spa in advance to check prices and to book appointments. It gets full pretty quickly. The swimmimg pool wasn't open when I went so I gave a lower score for facilities than I otherwise would. Rooms nice and large. Staff wonderful.

We stayed here for 3 nights (May 26–29, 2026) with my husband and his cousin. The hotel had free basement parking, which was super convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. What we really liked was that they had a proper bed for the third guest—unlike other hotels that just offer a sofa bed or extra mattress. Housekeeping came in daily and topped up our water and toiletries, which we appreciated. Big thanks to the housekeeper (I forgot to ask for his name).Even though our room faced the highway, the noise wasn’t a problem and we still slept well. The location is great—easy access to groceries, restaurants, malls, and the metro. They also have spa services (better to book in advance) and a pool, though it wasn’t available during our stay. Overall, we had a really great experience and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Dubai.

Good location, good food, very clean, excellent service

Basically, location is near main malls and amenities but still we cannot classify it as 5 Star Hotel because it lacks so much to be 5star, firstly feels like some 3star in terms of entrance no porch or front parking area just main hotel entrance door on direct road. Secondly, to save bills only one door is working other two closed. At Reception, during check in they would ask you unnecessary things like to send you booking voucher to hotel from your own email which no one ever at any other hotel asks you. Then they don’t have tab check in they would give you paper form in which they tell you to give consent to use your all personal data for further use. The stay all in all didn’t feel comfortable and relaxing and not at all felt like 5star stay.

Excellent customer service. The restaurant staff were super attentive even to those late comers. Hotel location was awesome 👌 too.

amazing stay they make the upgrade of the room was totally great. everything was good. just few comments do the dusting of lamps only that. Happy stay their again.
