The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is very nice and near to Haneda (direct from Keikyu Line at airport) so its very convenient for us who travel with child and many luggage.

The hotel are nice also the large public bath but some of the front desk are not smiling and and it looks like tiredness…the coffee machine was a good service but we hope it extend the time limit..,over all not so bad…

Although the room was small, it felt warm and homey. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was exquisite. There were many convenience stores nearby, which was very handy, and it was also close to the subway station. There was even a free hot spring bath, but I didn't have enough time to try it, which is my only minor regret. Otherwise, I was very satisfied!

Good location. Few steps away from Kuramae Metro Station. Lots of 24 hrs stores around. Only downside are the non-working wifi and no lounge area.

Hotel was convenient and great. Beds were big enough to have a family of 4(2adults & 2 kids). Parking space was a plus(had to pay, which we don’t mind). Definitely would book here again.

Nice and welcoming reception. Room was very clean and the hotel was located near the station. Multiple attractions and tourist spots are located in few minutes of walking distance. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The room is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Although it’s small, the location is excellent — close to the E train. All the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!
