The location is convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. You can reach Guomao directly via an underground passage in about 10 minutes, avoiding sun and rain. Shopping and dining are also very convenient. The butler added me on WeChat in advance, and from the butler to the room service staff, everyone was professional, responsible, polite, and respectful. Overall, I was satisfied with this stay. Clint's service was enthusiastic, professional, thorough, and thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the service attitude was genuine. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The overall experience was excellent, and I would choose to stay here again next time.

This time, friends were visiting Beijing, so I specifically booked CBD view rooms at the Park Hyatt. The night views from both rooms were different but equally stunning. During check-in, Xiao Pan at the front desk and Mia (Xiao Peng) at the Jing Ting restaurant were both incredibly helpful. They were professional, answered all our questions, provided warm service, and thoughtfully assisted with our luggage. Our butler, Clint, provided thoughtful and meticulous service. He communicated with us a day in advance, inquiring about our needs, and was quick and patient in responding to our personalized requests later on. This made entertaining friends and relaxing both easy and comfortable. Furthermore, the room service was exceptionally attentive. The attendant, Nie Guangxia, was warm and polite, offering considerate service. She not only helped with ironing clothes but also provided extra delightful touches during turndown service (preparing makeup remover, cotton pads, mouthwash, and laundry detergent). 1The hotel also offered two complimentary cocktails, with a choice of six, which we enjoyed while taking in the beautiful night view of Beijing. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with both à la carte options and a buffet. I especially loved the beef noodles; the beef was in large chunks, and the flavor was rich and delicious. The Beijing sugar pancakes were also crispy and tasty. The best part is that breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, allowing for a good night's sleep before a leisurely breakfast. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay!

I just found out there's a super tall tower hidden in Beijing's Guomao area. The overall stay was decent, the room itself was standard five-star but a bit dated. The main highlight was definitely the view.

The views of Beijing's CBD from the window are incredible! The room facilities are very detail-oriented, housekeeping is meticulous, and the design is stylish. The breakfast quality is excellent, and the restaurant where you eat also has great views. And the sunset from the lobby tea bar is absolutely stunning!
