The views at Park Hyatt are great, but the windows seem like they haven't been cleaned in a while and are a bit dirty, which really affects the high-altitude view that's supposed to be their main selling point. Housekeeping was very thorough, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was quite tasty. What I really have to complain about is the toilet – there's too much standing water, which easily splashes on you; that's a definite negative. Also, everything in the mini-bar is chargeable, which feels a bit stingy for a brand like Park Hyatt. I deliberated for a long time between Rosewood and Park Hyatt, and after staying here, I definitely lean more towards Rosewood.

I'm a returning guest, so I'm familiar with the place. During the Chinese New Year, the occupancy rate was low, so it was very quiet. The location is central, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. The breakfast, as always, was quite uninspiring.

Our butler Ella was very attentive. The view was excellent, and the room was clean.

I stayed here during the Chinese New Year and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel's Spring Festival decorations were very tasteful, and the thoughtful little gifts they prepared really added to the festive atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The staff were all very enthusiastic and responsive. There wasn't a single flaw in my entire stay. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Clint at the front desk provided excellent service; he was friendly and efficient, and even gave out little ***** New Year gifts, which added a wonderful festive touch. The room was clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. It's great value for money and highly recommended.

Upon check-in, the front desk attendant upgraded my room. Arriving late at night, I was surprised by Beijing's bustling cityscape – there was even a traffic jam at midnight! In the morning, a ray of sunshine through the window caught my attention; it felt like an energetic Beijing morning. The room's cleanliness and layout were excellent. Breakfast was comprehensive, reflecting the chef's thoughtfulness. The 'Yi Jiangnan' sculpture in the lobby was very dynamic, showcasing the designer's ingenious craftsmanship.
