The service is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful—fast response times and polite, well-balanced hospitality made the entire experience wonderful, and the check-in process was smooth. It’s a great choice for both business trips and vacations. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing.

After I left a note asking for extra body lotion, she not only replenished it promptly, but also thoughtfully provided extra mouthwash and cotton pads, along with a handwritten note. Her attention to detail was exceptional. We checked in during peak travel season, and the front desk and concierge team were very accommodating, helping us arrange a late check-out which really saved the day. The service was warm throughout, and the overall experience was top-notch. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommended!

Park Hyatt Beijing | Authentic Stay Experience for Future Guests The hotel is located in the Yintai Centre. If you are driving, pay close attention to the parking situation. Parking: You can park in the Yintai Centre basement garage for 10 RMB/hour. New registrants get 1 hour free, and standard loyalty club members get another hour free with any purchase. However, there is no daily cap on parking fees here, so staying for a long time can get quite expensive. The parking lot west of the Guomao Bridge is much more recommended. It's the closest option and offers better value. Rates are capped at 40 RMB from 6:30 to 20:30, and capped at 20 RMB from 20:30 to 6:30 the next morning, coming out to around 60 RMB for an overnight stay. PS: Some recommend the Bridge of Gold (Jin Zhi Qiao) parking lot, but coming from Park Hyatt Beijing, you have to cross a major road and it's a longer walk. It's more suitable for guests staying at JEN Beijing or China World Summit Wing. Service: Exceptionally high standard. From the front desk and butler to housekeeping and breakfast staff, everyone is attentive to guests. Hailey at the front desk handled our check-in thoroughly and attentively. After we checked out, we left an item behind, and the hotel even helped mail it back to us. The room was spotlessly clean. Although Park Hyatt Beijing has been open for quite a few years, the facilities are exceptionally well-maintained and feel very fresh. Special thanks to housekeeper Nie Guangxia; she thoughtfully replenished various amenities as needed and kept the water supply fully stocked. The seamless service between her and the butler greatly enhanced our stay. Room: The bedding was comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. A minor drawback is the average soundproofing near the room door—you could hear people walking in the corridor while taking a shower, though it was quiet the rest of the time. Getting to the guest rooms from the lobby requires multiple elevator transfers, and at night, there are quite a few visitors coming just to take photos, which can cause a minor disturbance. Breakfast: Served on the 66th floor, requiring an elevator transfer. The dining environment is pleasant. While the selection isn't overwhelmingly large, it offers an à la carte menu alongside the buffet. The food quality is consistently good without too many overly flashy items, so you won't get tired of it even after eating there for three consecutive days. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose Park Hyatt Beijing first on my next trip to Beijing.
