Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

The hotel staff didn't inform me about the hotel's facilities. I had no idea there was a free shuttle bus.

Upon arrival, someone immediately helped with our luggage, and check-in was seamless. We were even offered delicious cold tea. I was a bit worried after reading mixed reviews online when I booked, but as soon as the dedicated staff member led us to our room and opened the door, all my concerns vanished. They not only prepared a special toiletries set for the kids but also an abundance of snacks. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh mango, coconut, and made-to-order rice noodles, all beautifully presented and delivered to our table. It’s a peaceful oasis right in the middle of a bustling area. Most importantly, our towel animal wish came true! They folded a little crocodile and a giraffe for us – that's 5-star towel-folding talent! 🌟

We stayed in a room with lounge access. Since we were traveling with a child, they kindly provided kids' amenities and even set up an extra bed in advance, which was a great help as we hadn't requested it. The lounge concierge was very attentive and accommodating; they arranged a late check-out for us, and the drink service in the lounge was prompt, making for excellent service overall. The pool was also fantastic. I'd love to stay here again!

The best choice when traveling with kids. The room is comfortable, clean, and the surroundings are quiet.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable, and the service in the executive room was excellent. My only regret is that I didn't stay long enough; I didn't have time to explore the garden or enjoy the facilities, which was a real shame.

The room was excellent, very spacious for one person, and the facilities and services were also great. The breakfast downstairs was good value for the price. Overall, I recommend it; it's quite good.

The hotel is relatively new, with excellent facilities and spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent. I particularly liked the balcony fan with adjustable speed – that was a nice touch! On a side note, Bangkok traffic is absolutely insane!
