Great hostel not too far from Shinjuku station (about 15 minutes walk from the main station) rooms are cleaned every day, amenities available for a fee

It was too noisy... I consider myself someone who can sleep anywhere as soon as my head hits the pillow, but here I woke up almost every hour. First, there were white women chatting in the common area, then people in my room rustling through their luggage, then doors opening and closing. I feel like the door locks and the ability to bring luggage into the room aren't very well thought out. The location is great, about ten minutes from Shinjuku Station. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have an exceptionally high tolerance for noise. 🥲

The ladders are wide and easy to climb. There's a spacious common living room on the floor, which is very comfortable for relaxing. Each room accommodates several people and has its own password lock, offering great security. There are plenty of restrooms and two shower rooms. Some restrooms even come with a sink and mirror, which is really convenient. The service was very gentle and excellent, and there's a Chinese staff member at the front desk. The downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, almost a kilometer away. However, it's surrounded by Shinjuku's commercial areas, making it great for evening strolls.

No problem. But a little bit far metro station. And so noisy

I visited in winter, and I highly recommend the package that includes breakfast. Even though there's a convenience store just a block away, it's too cold in the morning. Being able to enjoy a freshly prepared Western breakfast without having to go out was great, and the staff's English was excellent.

The room was a bit small, and there wasn't a good place to put luggage. The soundproofing was also quite poor; I could clearly hear people talking in the common area at night, though I know that's primarily their issue. Overall, it was okay.

The front desk staff were super friendly and nice! The price was quite affordable, and it was easy to find. In a multi-person dorm, snoring is pretty much inevitable, but with earplugs, it was fine, and I slept pretty well.

This is my third time staying at Imano Hostel. The front desk staff are very friendly, and most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Shinjuku-sanchome in Tokyo, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. The rooms are basic hostel style, but for this price in Tokyo, especially given the location, it's pretty good. The washrooms are convenient, and the shower water is wonderfully hot. I'll definitely choose Imano again next time.

The employees are very nice but the men’s shared area has no commands, the space where males share rooms is terible and the smiles are so bad. Dirty close drop on the floor everywhere.
