Extremely disappointing service at a Hilton property I was under the impression that breakfast was served until 11:00 AM, but when I arrived at 10:00 AM, I was told it had already finished. When I politely asked the hotel manager about getting a refund for the missed breakfast, I was met with an aggressive and defensive attitude. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the manager demanded to know "who told me that" and insisted on confronting staff members. I made it clear I wasn’t looking to place blame—I simply requested a refund for a service I couldn't use. I was told a simple refund wasn't possible, which is unbelievable for a brand like Hilton. Communicating with management was incredibly frustrating, and the service here falls far below standard hotel expectations. 非常失望，與 Hilton 應有的服務水準嚴重不符 我原本以為早餐時間是到 11:00，但在 10:00 到達餐廳時卻被告知早餐已經結束。當我客氣地向飯店經理詢問是否能為未使用的早餐辦理退款時，對方的態度非常惡劣且具防禦性。經理完全沒有展現專業態度，反而咄咄逼人地質問我是「誰跟說的」，甚至要求當場找員工來對質。 我已明確表示我不是來追究責任或找碴的，只是單純希望能退回未享用早餐的費用。然而經理卻表示無法退款——作為 Hilton 這種知名品牌，連這樣基本的退款處理都做不到，實在令人難以置信。整個溝通過程非常令人挫折，服務品質完全達不到正常的飯店標準。

Everything was good except for the breakfast. They can do better. No vegetables options. And only 3-4 options of real meals. No soups etc. The good part is. They sell small stuffs like cleaning pods for laundry (free laundry). Nail clipper. Plug for international traveller. All at affordable prices. Thank you for that.
