Abbiamo soggiornato diverse notti in questo Hotel a gestione familiare e posso affermare senza dubbio che mi sono trovato estremamente bene. La posizione è eccellente, in pratica davanti al Mausoleo di Tamerlano e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Registan. L'Hotel è nuovo, costruito durante la pandemia, in un corridoio che porta in terrazza si possono vedere le foto delle fasi di costruzione. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma sicuramente comodissime e davvero ben rifinite, dotate di tutto, anche delle ciabatte da camera. Il bagno anche è ricco di prodotti con l cambio delle telerie giornaliero. Forse l'unico neo è che la finestra si affaccia all'interno, così per molte camere. Comunque è presente a/c e wi-fi ben funzionante, frigorifero, bollitore e tv. Inoltre c'è un grazioso salottino sul piano, non solo alla reception. La colazione è abbondante, col personale che ti serve sul momento ciò che desideri oltre quello che già trovi a tavola. Tutta la famiglia è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Accanto l'hotel c'è anche un negozietto che cambia soldi oltre a vendere cartoline e francobolli. Assolutamente consigliato.

Malgré la bonne volonté et la disponibilité du personnel certains détails traduisent un manque de connaissance des traditions hôtelières : absence de bouilloire pour faire du thé, absence de bouteilles d'eau, absence de rangements ( armoire avec étagère ) pour les habits. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de qualité.

On planning a recent trip along The Silk Road, we found most larger hotels in Samarqand already booked, so we settled on a rented apartment - which was absolutely awful. Imagine our delight when we stumbled upon the charming boutique Hotel Malika Prime, which was not only able to accommodate us almost immediately, but also arranged for a car and driver to help with our relocation. Our spacious and quiet room had the bonus of being located over the front door, so had a tiny balcony embraced by national flags, and boasted a view of the park across the street and the stunning Mausoleum of Emir Temur. While the beds tended to be hard, we found this to be a norm across Uzbekistan. Bathrooms were modern and had mostly reliable hot water. Just enough decor touches to remind us we were in Samarqand. Included breakfast was basic but so convenient. The whole hotel was as clean and tidy as a new pin; the shady rooftop terrace a great place to unwind with a cold beer; and at night it was possible to see both the gorgeously illuminated Gur Emir and the tops of the buildings in the Registan Ensemble. The location is wonderful - within walking distance of these big tourist sites, the entertaining bazaar, and a variety of restaurants. While the hotel is near a main thoroughfare, its leafy street is quiet and cool. Best of all? The friendly and ever-helpful front desk staff, who spoke fluent English and always had time for conversation.

Totally overpriced hotel compared to other similarly ranked ,4 star hotels in the city. Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. Room was large and ok. Staff were okay. Our main issue was that we didn’t think it was worth the price, and to make it worse, they did not take credit cards. Only cash. This was totally inconvenient. And they did not have a bank / cash machine on site. So we had to drive and find bank machines (not an easy feat ). No one wants to walk around with hundreds of dollars of cash in Uzbekistan. If We paid $80-100/night like the similar 4 star , high ranked hotels were charging, and could pay by visa , like every other hotel ,we would not have been as annoyed.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. As for the service, I put a plate asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I came back at noon, it was still not cleaned. The balcony of the Jr suite room was very large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. However, alcohol is not served, so it is not suitable for those who want to drink alcohol during meals. Overall satisfied as a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is located very conveniently.On the one hand, in a quiet place next to a shady boulevard, roses and fountains, on the other, within walking distance to the main attractions. such as Registan Square. Polite and highly qualified staff, comfortable room with large bathroom and a decent sized fridge. . The breakfast is very satisfying: pancakes, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, butter, bread, dried fruits, sweets, tea / coffee. We will definitely return to this hotel again with ours friends annd families.

Jahongir Premium is new and lovely. The room was spacious but cosy and well decorated. cofee and tea sachets were provided. There was a wide variety buffet breakfast spread which we enjoyed. The hotel was walking distance to most of the sights and restaurants. Staff was approachable. They were able to provide transfers at a reasonable rate. Only thing was that the heater Aircon was not fixed yet in our room so we had to just rely on just the radiator. We then asked for extra blankets in case it got cold as it was snowing outside but the staff was unable to provide them. Thankfully the heat from the radiator was ok. Since the hotel was quite new, this could be 1 of the teething issues that needs to be addressed. Other than that, everything was lovely.

The hotel is on foot from the city's business card. And the hotel administration has always been responsive to my request. I am generally satisfied and I think the price and service ratios are quite attractive. Yet still leaves the best desire: it would be better if the menu for breakfast would change on a regular basis. I stayed there for almost a week but the menu always was the same.
