JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi

My stay was nothing sort of being fabulous! The location is strategically away from the busy parts of Hanoi such as the Old Quarter so that one can have a most restful and luxurious retreat - with lush greenery, a soothing lake, delectable cuisine, outstanding spa and exercise facilities (large indoor pool and gym) as well as super big and comfortable rooms and beds. The well trained staff provided the utmost care and attention and are so personable, it made my 2-day stay truly memorable! Soon after I settled into my room, I received a handwritten welcome card and gifts of macaroons and traditional pastries which were very delicious. The buffet breakfast was magnificient with many choices of local and international fare that anyone would feel spoilt and pampered. Should you decide to avail of the one way complimentary shuttle service, there are 3 timings of 9am, 1pm and 6pm which can take you to popular places such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, Hanoi Opera House and Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. You just need to inform concierge 2 hours in advance. To return to the hotel, just get a most affordable and safe ride using Grab on your own. Come and stay in this superb getaway whether as a staycation or as an overseas holiday; it’ll surely be an unforgettable experience like I had.

I stayed at JW Marriott Hanoi and thoroughly enjoyed it. I used their breakfast, pool, and spa—all were highly satisfying. The breakfast was excellent with a great view. The hotel staff are very friendly, polite, and hardworking. I recommend it to anyone visiting for business. However, if your main purpose is exploring the city center, I would advise staying at a hotel within the city center. Other than that, the hotel offers an infrastructure that will give you a pleasant experience.
