Nice resterant The only issue is we didn't get the room we wanted in the new taller building like we asked The other building we where in was just ok not like the newer one won't go again

The young lady at the check in desk was fantastic x 2. She makes your property shine. Very nice, patient and well trained. The restaurants were very good and your servers were knowledgeable, patient and Clean.

The hotel is great and the location is even better. The beach is just a few steps from the rooms and the water was amazing. The beach chairs are free but the umbrellas (which you will need under Florida sun) you have to pay for. The service and staff are great. Joe in the valet was world class. Made us feel like family. The pizza at the restaurant is also one of the best I've ever had! Overall great experience. The up charge for umbrellas is kinda weird and the room smelled a bit funny (humid) but no big deal.

Can't say enough positive things about this place! Absolutely wonderful. We had a horrible experience at a previous hotel and had to leave and find a new place with no reservations. We walked into the lobby and immediately were treated with such excellent customer service by Franchi and Ariela. They were friendly, empathic and helped us. I will be back!!!

This resort is calm. The service is great! The food is good. The drinks are good. I absolutely love that We had our private beach. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sand isnt not sandy. It’s the kind of sand that has crushed seashells in it so it kinda hurts to walk on it.
