This was truly the best stay experience! The front desk staff were kind and made a great effort to communicate, even with my limited English, which was very impressive. The accommodation quality is excellent. The private hot spring bath in the room was great, but the outdoor open-air bath was absolutely amazing! I used it right after check-in and again at 6 AM, and it was fantastic. I would definitely revisit 10,000%!

It was simply the most luxurious experience ever! The comfortable and beautiful hot springs paired with stunning views, and the lavish dinner could be changed according to your tastes and preferences. When I left, I forgot 10 yuan, and a staff member immediately rushed out and stopped me. They could even spot a 10-yuan coin right away, proving that the staff here are extremely attentive.

This is a unique hot spring inn with a very classic feel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the view overlooking the Myo-kyō Bridge is spectacular and breathtaking. In addition, the hotel has foreign language reception staff who can communicate and introduce things very well. The food is also highly commendable, very distinctive, and tastes great!

The service was excellent. My child is allergic and can't eat seafood, but Ms. Wang proactively helped by switching to beef and arranging the menu. Thank you so much! The hotel's hot springs, accommodations, and meals were all top-notch. It's a traditional Japanese restaurant and highly recommended! I would definitely come back.

I spent two nights near Beppu Station and one night at Okamotyoya Ryokan. It is a bit of a distance from Beppu Station. While the facilities are a bit dated, it seems to be well-maintained, and the service is even friendlier compared to the hot spring hotels near Beppu Station (which are also very friendly).

The hotel took the initiative to take the luggage, communicated in English, and the food was good. The most important thing is that the hot spring ♨️ pool is large and it is convenient for self-driving and taking photos.

A traditional Japanese-style hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is milky white. The hotel is very quiet. You can get off at Alum Station, which is very close to the station. If you stay in Beppu for two nights, you can consider staying here. Breakfast and dinner are sumptuous
