A very perfect accommodation experience, the location is very good, it's only about 5 minutes walk to the bus station, and it's also possible to walk to Regent Street. The layout of the hotel is very unique and warm. Although it is retro style, the facilities are very good and the overall cleanliness is also very good. The staff is very warm and friendly, and they told us the precautions for check-in very carefully. Our English is not very good, but the staff did not lose patience at all. I will choose this place next time I come to London!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay. Deluxe double room was excellent. Very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Great location. Marylebone, Oxford Street and Hyde Park all nearby. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean, the people that worked there were absolutely wonderful and the rooms were comfortable. The shower was in a tall tub without a grab bar so it was challenging getting in and out. I missed having a coffee maker in the room.

Friendly, helpful staff greeted us. They were super helpful with everything we needed. The hotel is a gorgeous little boutique style place that really feels like home from home. The decor is eclectic and fun. The location is incredibly central and the room was quiet and comfortable. Wonderful unique hotel.
