非常完美的一次住宿體驗，位置非常好，走路5分鐘左右就能到公交車站，就算步行去regent street 也是完全可以的。酒店的佈置非常有特色且温馨，雖然是復古風格，但設施很好，整體也很乾凈。工作人員非常熱情友好，很仔細的告訴我們入住注意事項，我們的英語不太好，但工作人員完全沒有因此而失去耐心，下次來倫敦還會選擇這裏！

Could have been better
Great location. Quiet rooms. Got a long suite accessible. Shower only had hot water and very weak water stream. Front Desk said live with it. Mattress was very soft. Coffee in the room was not good. Overall B+. Rooms are starting to show wear and tear.
