NH Collection Brussels Centre

Great location! It's right in the city center, very close to the main square, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Super convenient for walking around. I forgot my travel adapter, but the front desk had one I could borrow, which was a huge plus! 👍🏻

Hygiene: I found bloodstains on the sheets and had to call the staff to change them. All the bathroom towels were also replaced. Ambiance: The window couldn't be opened, so the room felt a bit stuffy. There was also renovation noise during the day. However, it was very quiet at night. Location: Excellent location, close to the city center. Service: Average. The main entrance wasn't automatic.

Facilities: The single sofa, bar, safe, and ironing board were all very complete. Hygiene: Relatively good. Environment: The surrounding area is very lively, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The subway entrance is right outside. Service: The front desk staff were quite enthusiastic, and the breakfast was very rich.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 13-minute walk from the train station. It's right in the heart of Brussels, surrounded by lively and safe areas. While the lobby decor is a bit gaudy, the guest rooms, hallways, and atrium exude elegance. A special shout-out to the breakfast – it's top-notch for a European hotel!

Stayed for two nights, and honestly, the overall service quality was really uncomfortable! It definitely put a damper on my impression of Brussels!

I specifically chose a hotel that was within walking distance of several vintage shops, and also close to the main train station. Everything was pretty much accessible on foot. There's also a small supermarket right across from the hotel, which was very convenient.

Overall, it was excellent. For a two-night stay at NH in Rotterdam, we were only given one bottle of water. When I called to ask for more, they said regardless of how long you stay, it's always just one bottle. However, the service here was truly five-star; they'd give you whatever you asked for. Of course, one bottle per person per day was plenty for the two of us.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the commercial street yet still quiet. The subway entrance is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the train station in one stop and catch the express line to the airport. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, the environment was clean, and the room space was very generous.
