NH Collection Brussels Centre

The location is convenient, NH Collection Brussels Centre is small and everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was decent and quite varied. However, they only provided one bottle of water, which wasn't nearly enough, so I had to buy more at the supermarket.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, complete with disposable dental kits, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a capsule coffee machine. The subway station is right downstairs. The front desk service was very good. The only drawback was that items like the dental kit were delivered a bit slowly.

The room is a bit larger than typical European hotels, and it's clean and tidy with a lovely street view outside the window. It's super close to the subway station, making getting around very convenient. The service was fine overall. A really great stay experience.

The staff's service was fantastic. The breakfast area on the terrace was very pleasant and had good views.

We booked a room with a specific view, but it turned out that no room in the hotel actually offered that view. Overall, we liked the hotel; it was clean and cool. The room was spacious and came with bathrobes and even an ironing board. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel is within walking distance of the central train station and Central Square, with many shops just a stone's throw away. The breakfasts were incredible, varied, and offered a great selection of food.

Overall, my stay was quite good. Let's start with the pros: The hotel's location is excellent, just about a 15-minute walk directly from the train station. It's surrounded by many attractions, and shopping and dining are incredibly convenient – there are numerous restaurants and shops right downstairs. The bed in the room was just the right firmness, and although the space wasn't huge, the layout was well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing was also ideal, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The only downside was the elevator efficiency. During peak hours (especially in the evening), you might have to wait for more than 5 minutes, which can be a bit troublesome if you're in a hurry. My advice is to avoid using it during busy times or allow for extra buffer time.

NH Collection Brussels Centre exceeded our expectations! We booked two standard rooms, and both were quiet, clean, and hygienic. The hotel's buffet breakfast was, in my opinion, the most commendable part of this trip – it was incredibly generous.
