The driver picked us up from the hotel around 3 AM. He was very considerate, letting us rest in the car on the way. The boatman was excellent, and we were thrilled to see real wild dolphins. The highlight here is dolphin watching at sunrise. Hundreds of dolphins live in this area, and every dawn, groups of them come out to feed—it's truly spectacular! Absolutely worth it!

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip.  They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great.  We would recommend them to friends and family.

We set off a little late this morning and drifted at sea for half an hour without seeing any dolphins. The captain told us not to panic, we were sure we would see them. A little while later, sure enough, we saw a group of dolphins surfacing. We chased after them wherever they swam, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Dolphins definitely come out to feed. The customer service gave the driver the information the night before, and the driver was waiting on time. We were a bit slow, which is why we were late, but luckily we caught up with them. We also booked other tours through this company, and they were really great.
