The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The activity was great and I highly recommend giving it a try! The vibes are chill and the information presented by the tour guides was insightful yet entertaining. Radi and Anthony were both lovely to chat with and very helpful. Would try it again in the evening to experience the beautiful lights!
