Eduardo is a fantastic guide. Knows a lot about the Etna, takes care of the people in the group. Also going upwards in the snow was sometimes tough but he took a lot of minibreaks so all people made it to the crater at 2971m.★

Due to the snow, the trip to the summit could not take place. We were informed of this at the start of the trip. We also had another booking up to 3,000 meters, and for that we knew more than a week in advance that the 4x4 did not drive above 2,500. If they know, why don't you?★
