The places seen on the tour were just as described in the tour description. We saw everything and it was all beautiful!! The bus was very comfortable. The tour lasted from 9am-8pm so plan for a full day. Bring enough cash (20 GEL) for the extra ride to the Gergeti Trinity Church since it is totally worth it! Also bring cash for the lunch and any snacks along the way (20-50 GEL). Only complaint was lunch was at the Best Western in Gudauri. While the food itself was not bad, travelers from the US at least don’t typically want to go to a hotel chain for a meal on a special tour. Otherwise loved it. Especially for how affordable the tour is.

I highly recommend the tour! It was wonderful and well-guided by David, providing very educational pieces of information regarding the history of Georgia and the places included in the tour package. The driver was also very skilled driving safely in the busy snowed mountain roads. Thank you Tripster GE management and team!


