Before departure, the company couldn't reach us and eventually called us from an out-of-town number. We then realized we needed to check the information section on cheap.com. Our tour guide on the day was also very warm and friendly. It was cold today, but we were lucky enough to see the ice breaking and the sunset. Thank you to our tour guide!
