It installs automatically with one click, at least on the iPhone 17. There's no need to scan a QR code or anything. Then, simply go to Settings, enable Data Roaming, and change the eSIM name if desired.

When I went to an island, it sometimes connected to Globe, and while there were some areas with no internet, overall it was stable. It is overwhelmingly cheaper than data roaming, so I recommend it.
