James was the best travel guide! Best driver, pro photographer and the same skills, passionate tour description! We were getting into the tour and had no choice but to be impressed. Because of his efforts, we were very satisfied with the time we spent on a day. Yin Yee, who supports advance contact, was also accurate and friendly, so we were able to conduct a tour without any problems.

A Beautiful Sunset, but Manage Your Expectations! My trip on the Brighton Bay Sunset Firefly Cruise had some definite highs and a few lows. On the plus side, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, responsible, and very helpful. The boat was new and clean, which was a huge plus compared to other operators. The food was ample and decent, and the sunset was absolutely stunning—a perfect moment. However, the pre-sunset cruise was a bit of a letdown. We only saw a few monkeys and it felt like a waste of time. For the main firefly cruise, you really need to manage your expectations. The fireflies were very sparse, and you had to actively search for them. It wasn't the magical light show I'd hoped for. In summary, go for the excellent service and beautiful sunset, but don't expect a big wildlife or firefly show.

It was a pity we didn't see the proboscis monkeys, but we did see a lot of fireflies, which was nice. The Sky Mirror was also a great spot for taking pictures. Overall, apart from the disappointment of not seeing the proboscis monkeys, I was quite satisfied.
