Traveling with the kids was great, and the itinerary was well-planned; the kids had a blast. Phuket is definitely in its rainy season at this time of year; it rained every day for several days, but it passed quickly and didn't affect our water activities. The only downside was the tight schedule, which meant we didn't get to fully appreciate the hotel. The tour guide arranged by Ctrip was excellent.★

Had a great time overall! I’d especially like to thank our driver, Cole, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the journey. He even took the initiative to advise us on the best stop for visiting Calton Hill when we were about to get off at one that was much farther away. His kindness and local knowledge really went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated it.
One small suggestion for improvement: some of the map locations on the website—particularly the stop numbers—didn't match the actual bus stops. Updating these would make it much easier for first-time visitors to find the correct boarding points.Trip.com picks
