I easily found the salon using the instructions and address they sent me. The stylist first consulted me, assessed my hair condition, and selected a more gentle formula, as my hair is very dry. I also opted for a hair spa treatment, and my hair became incredibly soft and manageable. Finally, the stylist showed me how to style my hair and what to use. It was a fascinating experience cutting and curling my hair.

We had a wonderful experience with our consultant Sunny! She's very patient and friendly throughout the session, assisting to analyse which colour/tone worked better for both my friend and myself. She also recommended suitable hair colour, jewellery options, and also looked at our own makeup products that we brought and gave us tips & recommendations on which makeup products to get! Really enjoyed the experience! :)

I brought my daughter there as I felt she should experience traditional Korean spa. She was not comfortable with bath house yet so Hana is ideal as it is for ladies only and has more privacy. Even the basic package is awesome. We especially love the body scrub and was pleasantly surprised that it even included hair wash. Ajummas were so skillful that we wanted to add on body massage! Our skin feels super soft and smooth. The whole experience is super therapeutic and we will definitely visit it everytime we go Seoul. It’s a must-try! Do bring along cash or physical credit card as she doesn’t have paywave machine. A pity she doesn’t have WhatsApp. She’s contactable via Line app. I have included her QR code in attached pic. Trip.com offers good deals for their packages so I’ll still book through it in future.

Interesting location. It is at level 2, right next to a restaurant. You can miss it if you don't see it closely. The lady was waiting for me at the staircase so I didn't miss it. Overall the massage was great. Don't expect a posh spa ambience. Limited English speaking.
