In Agda, a city in the Portuguese Aveiro district, this super cute "open-air museum" appears every summer (generally 7-9 month), and many colorful umbrellas appear on rooftop cables on the streets. This is an art project called umbrella Sky Project, which started in 2011. Every July to September, the narrow streets of the city get a variety of colorful umbrella tents to provide shade for pedestrians to cross. It is really a lovely and people-friendly project!
