I'm really glad that I could go to Shinsengumi fans who like history! It is a place surrounded by rice fields outside the city of Wakamatsu. You need a lot of energy to go on foot! Kamishi Kurokawa is the nearest bus stop, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk from there. There seems to be no parking lot nearby, so I think it will be difficult for people to go by car.
Is the place only for the place? It may be difficult. But it's worth a visit. I think it's great to feel at that time. What happened here? My family visits every year to feel the history of Japan.
I recommend it to those who like history, Shinsengumi.

It's hard to go by car and you should think that there is no parking space. I went with my parents, but I didn't know what this was and I didn't understand the meaning of going. I'm glad this is the case.If you like history, please go to Shinsengumi.
It is the place where Shinsengumi Saito Ichi fought fiercely. It is also mentioned in guidebooks, but it is actually in the middle of the field. When I went by car, the road was narrow and I was in trouble. There is no proper parking lot, and there is only a little space in the precincts. There are only old buildings. It may not be worth going except for Ichi Saito.
It is located near the Aga River, about 4 kilometers northeast of Tsuruga Castle. This is the place where some of the Shinsengumi stood up to the end in the Boshin War and fought hard. Please note that access is very poor.
