Wonderful Scenery
In low season this is a magical place - turquoise waters, steep white cliffs, fantastic viewpoints, very few people. Parking is however limited and eating/hotel spaces rather small so that high season...
Great beach with mostly locals
If you stay in Ancona in summer or autumn and the temperature of the sea is still nice, you really have to go to Portonovo to the beach. I liked it much more than typical tourist beaches like in Rimin...
Stunning in February
Beautiful clear waters, bright sunshine, few people about and parking free. Maybe a better time of year to visit if you don't like crowds.
