    Novel Chapel

    Lovely Chapel in a railway carriage, very novel. It’s just across from the cruise terminal, you can’t miss it. Consecrated in 2003. Nice for a walk through.

    On a cruise ship visit to Andalsnes we saw this train carriage parked up by the docks and just assumed it was 'just a train carriage'...but on closer inspection we saw a sign saying that it was a chap...

    Unique railway experience

    Unusual use for a railway carriage - this was converted, and consecrated in 2003. A beautiful use for something redundant elsewhere.

    Never seen this!!

    This wedding chapel is in an actual carriage in the train station, easy free access for all. Inside is a small altar and a few seats for the couple and the wedding guests. Worth stopping by!!
