Great for cardio
Tried to visit the castle. Got chased by three dogs and had to hide in the thorns and bushes to avoid them. Great day out.

As Castle's go there isn't a lot of this one left. A short visit would be a short visit. But it is interesting to see the construction and the design of this medieval monument to feudalism. Pop over a...

You can see the castle tower from the main Cork - Macroom road and as mentioned before, it is difficult to get to. Use Google maps and you can get reasonably close to it. Because it is has not ...
