Right outside your window is a view of Mission Bay, specifically the "Sail Bay" side. Only sailboats and boats going 5 mph can be on this side. Sailboat lessons and windsurfing, kayaks and stand up boards. There's even board yoga to be had. Land lovers can watch as they stroll, jog, bike or skate around the perimeter.
