Ok if you have a dog or want to fly a kite . Quite popular with locals though. Parts of the tow path are beautiful but its mostly just grassland

We went for a picnic here and we all loved it. A short drive out of Belfast with vast open green. Kids loved running around. Very relaxing

This is a nice place to park the car and go for a long walk around the gardens and arboretum, or down to the Lagan. Just beware that the path to the river is quite steep and must be attempted in rever...
