Ivek Castle, also known as the Sorcerer's Stone Castle, is the main location of Harry's Hogwarts School of Wizardry. It was originally a castle in the Duke of Northumberland County, and the second largest residential castle in England, known as Windsor Castle in the North. Every winter the host and family live in the castle, so it is not open in winter. There is an Aiweike Garden inside, you need tickets to enter, and tickets to enter the castle are charged separately, and sometimes you need to queue for tickets, so some people will give up entering the garden. Even if you buy a ticket, you can only visit for an hour. Entering the gate of the castle, you can first see the vast grass, many children come here, will run everywhere, play, have a good time. The castle is very characteristic and classic, with a humanoid skeleton on top of a door, chained in its limbs and pinned to the door panels. There is also an animal's head next to it, which is wide open and open, revealing long cavities, as if to swallow people. Watching it is also a bit scary. In the castle, there are regular performances, there are Harry ∙ Potter performances, and there are also bands playing. After entering the gate, there is a sign on the left hand side, which is posted on the schedule of the performance. It is best to check it out after entering the door. I have a number in my heart, and then I will rush to the performance venue according to the time. We just missed the show without looking at the schedule. And the band played on the grass, the brisk English music and all the performers would wear traditional English dresses, the scene was worth a look.

I went to the scene and wrote that the ticket has been sold out today, so I must buy the ticket in advance on Trip.com. There are a lot of people, the weather is very good, not cold or hot, Jay Chou's MV is also shot here 🎬

The audio guide is pretty good—filled with a ton of interesting history. The grounds and the ruins of the abbey are beautiful. It’s kind of expensive considering it’s mostly just an audio guide of a building tax payers pay for, but the guides are helpful and I’d say it’s probably worth the money. Castle of Edinburgh is the far superior site, so definitely don’t go here instead, but if you have extra time in the city, it’s worthwhile. Note before you go: you can’t take photos inside the building.

From Durham by car north, to Newcastle, compared to Durham Village, Newcastle is a big city, at Durham Railway Station, I also saw several students who went to Newcastle to eat, the train arrived in about ten minutes. Here I actually saw the wall, the Great Wall of Hadrian, in fact, this is the northernmost border of the Roman Empire's British province, and there is a similar work with China's wall, which is to defend against the northern invasion. Along the Tyne River from west to east is the entrance to the sea. The King of England built castles, made of wooden spires and earthen exterior walls. The new castle is the source of Newcastle's name.

Lovely place with a great 360 view on the city of Edinburgh down below. From one side you can see the Edinburgh castle and the Balmoral hotel, then if you keep turning on the left you can admire Arthur Seat in all of its glory. And you can spot the sea behind it.If you keep turning you can see up to Leith, the shore and then the all Firth of Forth. On sunny days you can see the isle of Inchkeith. And you can even spot the other side of the Forth Bridges.I would definitely suggest to come during the day and a second time to watch the sun set behind the castle. If you come on the 30 of April (with a ticket) you can witness the Beltane Fire Festival. A pagan celebration of the death of winter and the coming of spring/summer

This is a very good street, close to the Newcastle football team's main venue St James'' Park and a large proportion of Chinese students newcastle business college, and near the city center monument. Some Chinese supermarket goods in the block cannot be bought elsewhere, and the business is very good. Some restaurants have to take the elevator directly upstairs to eat, it is rare here, it can be seen that the commercial density here is larger than the surrounding area. There is also a Chinese medicine museum. The most conspicuous is the city wall, which was left by a large lead pigment factory before.

The Royal Mile is the busiest tourist street in the Old Town as it runs between two significant locations in the royal history of Scotland: Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. The name derives from it being the traditional processional route of monarchs, with a total length of approximately one Scots mile. The streets which make up the Royal Mile are: Castlehill, the Lawnmarket, the High Street, the Canongate and Abbey Strand.Today, the Royal Mile is an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, pubs and visitor attractions, where you’ll often find events, stands, entertainers and buskers, especially during the Edinburgh Fringe.Try walking all of it and explore the closes as well, as most have an interesting story and/or and amazing view.A part from the castle and the royal palace, the Royal Mile is full of buildings of historical importance. Just to list a few: The Castle Esplanade (a venue for Edinburgh Military Tattoo and other events); the former Tolbooth-Highland-St John's Church; the preserved 17th century merchant's townhouse Gladstone's Land; High Court of Justiciary (Scotland's supreme criminal court); the old Parliament House which now houses the Court of Session (Scotland's supreme civil court); St Giles' Cathedral, the Heart of Midlothian (a heart-shaped pattern built into the "setted" road, marking the site of the Old Tolbooth); Edinburgh City Chambers; Mercat Cross; Tron Kirk; John Knox's House; one of Edinburgh’s all around the year Christmas shop; Scottish Storytelling Centre; World's End Pub; Moray House; the Canongate Tolbooth (now a museum of social history called The People's Story); the Kirk of the Canongate and the new Scottish Parliament Building.
