It’s more of a view point where you can see a wide area from the top. Couple of benches to sit.quite calm place maybe just to enjoy a snack and drink.

This is just a little park but the view is priceless!! This is one of my best places to relax and chill and enjoy the view!
What's the big deal?
After taking (what seemed like) forever to find this place, it looks more like a big vacant lot than a park. "Improvements" include about three benches, one of which was in use by three women emanatin...

What a view on Capitol Hill! This residential community has an amazing view of the city and mountains. Nice neighbourhood with nice homes but you aren’t close to anything and homes are on a slope.
