You use to be able to see cliffs and lake. Now it is over grown and fenced off. The fencing off I get but at least keep trees and brush can be kept trimmed for viewing. As is don't waste your time.

During the seasonal migrations, bird watchers flock to this area to enjoy the many varieties of birds, either coming or going. Most enjoyable...bring a camera and binoculars!

As others have said fenced offwaste of time unless you want to trespass. There is a platform but it's nowhere near the edge.
