#17 of Best Things to Do in Chongqing

乐逍遥@2007
The first time I came to Chongqing, I still chose the local red trip to receive education and baptism. Understanding the past that is unbearable is also remembered in my heart. Cherish the life I have now. There are so many people on holidays, and they are all crowded at a rhythm.

#1 of Best Things to Do in Foshan
Memorial Halls
Anonymous User
Foshan Ancestral Temple, also known as "North Emperor Temple" or "Lingying Temple", is a long-standing Taoist temple located at No. 21 Zumiao Road, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The history of Foshan's ancestral temple dates back to the Yuanfeng years of the Northern Song Dynasty (1078-1085), and it witnessed the process of the introduction of Central Plains culture into Lingnan with the migration of southwards. The ancestral temple was rebuilt in the five years of Ming Hongwu (1372), and by the early Qing Dynasty, the ancestral temple had developed into a complete system, rigorous structure and strong local characteristics of the complex. The ancestral temple is not only a national key cultural relics protection unit, but also a national tourist scenic spot, with Yuecheng Longmu Temple and Guangzhou Chen Jiaxuan, known as the "three major gems of Lingnan Ancient Buildings". The architectural style of Foshan Ancestral Temple is unique. The whole complex covers an area of about 3,500 square meters and is symmetrically arranged along the north and south central axis, including Wanfutai, Lingying Archway, Jinxiangchi, Bell and Drum Tower, Three Gates, Front Hall, Main Hall, Qingzhen Building and other buildings. The building is made of wood and stone materials, and the arch beams are strong and exquisite. The roof of the hall is decorated with famous stone bay ceramics and the walls are set with exquisite brick and gray sculptures. The interior is displayed with various wood, stone, iron, copper and tin artworks, which is called the hall of art. In addition, the temple also displays the culture of Foshan martial arts, such as the famous Huang Feihong Memorial Hall and Ye Wentang, which reflect Foshan's historical position as the birthplace of Nanpai martial arts.

After seeing the site of the Great Bombing of Chongqing, I was moved by the anti-bombing spirit of "the more bombed the stronger". Chongqing is not only a modern city of net red, but also a heroic city. Worth visiting!

Partial construction is underway, but it does not affect the visit. Mr. Zhongshan's "the world is public" has a profound meaning: the country is the common of the people, politics is the common management of the people, and the interests are the common sharing of the people! This is Mr. Sun Yat-sen's vision of a beautiful country for the future! Unfortunately, the road to realization is a long way off... Through the visit, when I saw the construction of the memorial hall here, the government of the Republic of China gave all the residents of the land acquisition compensation money, and there was no violent forced demolition phenomenon...

The old site of Yangjialing Revolution, the revolutionary environment of the old generation of revolutionaries is very difficult. I drove past from Xi'an and the driver master has been urging me to be more anxious, just browsing through it like a horse. The old site of the Zaoyuan Revolution, the revolution has achieved certain results, the environment is better, but it is still relatively difficult. Yan'an Revolution Memorial Hall, a very good revolutionary education base, is very suitable for bringing children to learn the history of the Chinese revolution. Wangjiaping Revolutionary site, revolutionary victory is in sight.

Nanchang is a city of heroes. The first shot of the red regime is fired here. The eight old sites and memorial halls must be visited. Tickets can be booked in the public account in advance. It is mainly divided into the old site and memorial hall. The location is convenient. It is in the center of the old city. The subway is directly accessible. There are many people participating. Listen to the stories of the revolutionary predecessors, receive patriotic education, and come to Nanchang to punch in the place.

The memorial hall is worth going, but the uncle of the ticket inspection has a bad attitude. The reservation cannot be used on Trip.com. It is necessary to scan the code on the spot to make an appointment. The first stop in Huai'an was disgusting, and it was the location of the ticket gate.
