💛 Return to the wild, you really know how to enjoy yourself! 🌼 In this season of blooming rapeseed flowers, of course, it's time to go out to the countryside to enjoy the springtime~ 🏘 Chongzhou is not far from Chengdu, about an hour's drive, and although a round trip in one day is no problem, to better immerse ourselves in the rural atmosphere and breathe in the spring air, we chose to stay in Chongzhou for one night. We stayed at the 'Return to the Wild Homestay' nestled in a bamboo forest. 🏡 The facilities of the homestay are even better than those of a hotel, with 3 small buildings forming a courtyard. Each room has a different layout and design, suitable for couples, families with children, or friends traveling together. ⛱ There is also a terrace on top of the courtyard buildings, where the tall bamboo brings a cool breeze, and you can gaze out at the surrounding golden rapeseed fields. Brewing a pot of tea and sitting here for most of the day is the most pleasant springtime experience~ 🎍 The village where 'Return to the Wild' is located is called 'Daoming Bamboo Art Village'. As the name suggests, the village has many bamboo-related industries. The famous '8'-shaped building, the bamboo weaving museum, and the Sanjing Academy are all worth visiting, and then go frolic in the vast fields of rapeseed flowers~

In addition, you can also go to the Shushan Kiln Ceramic Art Museum in Mingyue Pottery Village to experience pottery art, appreciate the magical techniques of lacquerware production in Chengdu Lacquerware Factory, experience the brewing process of national intangible cultural heritage Pixian bean paste in Zhanqi Village Eighteen Square, and the Shu brocade weaving skills in Chengdu Shu Brocade Embroidery Museum, etc. For those who like to watch performances, you can't miss the Sichuan Opera Art Museum and Chengdu China Shadow Puppet Museum. One of the most beautiful villages in Chengdu, the site of the intangible heritage of bamboo weaving, the village has many bamboo-woven landscape installations that are particularly spectacular. Daoming Bamboo Village is the most characteristic building that you must visit, and there are also the Ji Wai Art Museum, Sanjing Academy, and farmhouse courtyards that are very suitable for weekend leisure and relaxation! The village toilets are extremely aesthetically pleasing, and even have a name called 'The Fifth Space'~ - Bamboo Art Village is located in Daoming Town, Chongzhou, Chengdu, more than 50 kilometers from the city center. The village has a simple rural style, a strong sense of life, close neighborly relations, and is a typical representative of the Tianfu forest disk. It also possesses a strong local flavor of intangible cultural heritage—bamboo weaving. After personally visiting and understanding the current situation and needs of the village, designers attempted to create an ecological, cultural, industrial, living, and public welfare integrated rural infrastructure space and cultural industry system. The green-tiled house that hovers over the rural fields is supported by a lightweight steel and wood frame, with an inwardly overlapping circular green-tiled roof. A 70% high prefabrication rate also achieved a very short construction period of 52 days for the main building, interior, and landscape. The spiraling roof naturally forms two inward courtyards, providing rich landscape layers for the interior. The relationship between inside and outside, bamboo and tiles, new and old is encapsulated under the 'invisible elephant' roof.
