The Westernmost Point on Newfoundland
This lighthouse is not available for tours, but is worth a stop and several minutes of contemplation and meditation, gazing out at the confluence of the Grand Codroy River and Straits of Belle Isle.
Beautiful view
We stayed at the Lighthouse Inn and enjoyed the warm hospitality and wonderful meals. There is a lovely very easy trail that follows the coast line, tables for picnicking and the most perfect sunset!
