If it´s blowing from the see, you can sit and see the shore and feel the wind. You have to go to one shop for an icecream and to another one for the coffe - not well planned.
The Kołobrzeg Pier has a length of 220 metres and the width of 9 metres. I was visiting it in December and it was entrance free but during summer probably is paid.

Ok but noting special and in season, quite busy. I wouldn't pay to go on it so go for free before 9am or after 9pm.
