Wish the bridge were only for pedestrian ....
Ottoman Bridge known in other names Yeni Köprü (= new bridge) or Mecidiye Köprüsü with 12 arches. When I walked and enjoyed along the bridge, I could sadly imagine the bridge were only for pedestrians...
Old bridge
This bridge is very close from Eski and Suleymane cami. Only 10 minutes walking on the way to Bulgaria. Old ottoman architecture with high quality stones
Marvelous
I did not know Edirne I a city of bridges. This is one of those marvelous ones. There are 2 kafes on both sides which you can enjoy your Turkish coffee while viewing the bridge.

A historical bridge. The river looks beautiful. Tourist paradise. I would recommend it to everyonee. So good.
