Located at the beginning of the driveway to Brodie castle, this stone is well worth a visit if you like Pictish carvings. Good info boards explain it. Just worried about it getting a bit too weathered...
Wonderfully preserved 1200 year old carved Pictish stone. I love these old carved stones and this one is in great condition for being outside. Also called Fortunes stone.

Beautiful carving
Located at the beginning of the driveway to Brodie castle, this stone is well worth a visit if you like Pictish carvings. Good info boards explain it. Just worried about it getting a bit too weathered...
Strange old stone.
I missed this on my last visit to Brodie Castle - glad I saw it this time. Interesting old stone. It is on the left as you drive up to the castle.
