Information is only provided in Japanese but take a moment to browse as a lot are visual.

It was a while since I had last visited Saijou, but I was happy to see that Sakagura-doori Street hadn’t changed much compared with the rest of the town. Saijou Honmachi History Square, introducing t...

The post with the character of the raccoon is cute!

    Original Text

From SAIJO station to the east on Sake Brewery Street 2~3 There was SAIJO Honmachi Historical Square on the left hand side. At the entrance of the square, the picture of the sake brewery is painted, which is impressive. In the square, there was also an exhibit where you can learn about the history and culture of sake brewing in Sake Brewery Street and the surrounding sake brewery. The post standing at the entrance of the historical square was unique and cute.

It's a square where you can see red brick chimneys and white-walled sake breweries.

    Original Text

Shortly after entering Sake Brewery Street from Nishijo Station and heading east, there was a space on your left, although it wasn't as large as a square. That was SAIJO Honmachi Historical Square. This square is surrounded by a white-walled sake brewery and a red brick chimney, and it is a point where you can feel the sake capital, SAIJO. There were also materials and exhibits such as the history of sake brewing in the square. Before visiting the sake brewery, we recommend that you learn about the history of Saijo's sake brewing here.

    Basic event square

    Original Text

It is a park on Sake Brewery Street from SAIJO Station. Surrounded by white walls, there was an exhibition of photographs of distinguished people and a notice about the history of sake brewing in one corner. Since most of the sake brewery streets are like breweries, I recognized that they were a park maintained as an event plaza.
