It's near the house.

It is a temple in a residential area. I felt it was a relatively new building. The precincts are not very large, but I think it's like a magnificent temple.
During my stay in Hirakata City, I visited Ichijoji Temple, which is near the station. It is a few minutes walk from Hirakata City Station. It is a temple of the Jodo Shinshu sect. It was impressive that the bell-shaped hall was very small, but the precincts were large and there was a magnificent graveyard.
"Ichijoji" is a Jodo sect temple near Keihan Electric Railway Hirakata City Station. It has a rare career that used to be the Tendai sect. I don't feel any characteristics of the mountain gate or the main hall, but the "Oshido" built in a part of the graveyard stands out even from a distance.
It is said that Saicho engraved the statue of Amida Buddha and Hiyoshi omikami and decided to be a temple and shrine for the protection of the castle. The temple was destroyed by fire in the onin war, but Masayasu Honda, the Lord of Hirakata Jo castle, rebuilt the main hall in 1600. The Honda clan served Hideyoshi Toyotomi, but at the time of the Osaka summer siege, he was attacked by the Tokugawa side, Hirakata Jo castle fell, Masayasu died in battle, and the Honda clan fell.
