In May yes.
This is a Maypole. In May when it is use it is a pleasant ty day out but at any other time ion the year it looks like another flagpole which we have enough of already in Norther Ireland.
We always try to get here for the May day celebrations and see the school children of the village strut their stuff in what must be a ceremony steeped in history. There is always a good turnout and it...
May Day is probably good. But otherwise it is just there. Nothing much to see large tall pole. Same not decorated. Display as to how it looks on May Day near site might be a good idea.
