Lulin No. 1 Villa is located on the shore of Lulin Lake in the East Valley of Luling Valley, Lushan City, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the environment is extremely quiet and beautiful. On September 9, Mao Zedong spent his 68th birthday in Lushan.
